As revealed via her most recent Instagram post, the track is said to be the first from the forthcoming project Sell Sole II, a follow-up to its 2014 predecessor: Last week, that changed with the release of “Bubbly,” which is produced by Derrick $horter and sees DeJ engaging in a proper birthday celebration. Not counting last year’s collaboration with Tink, the Detroit star hasn’t delivered much for her fans since 2018’s “Liberated” with Leon Bridges.
